1. Acceptance

By installing or using TokenX, the user agrees to these terms and the TokenX Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, the user should not install or use TokenX.

2. What TokenX does

TokenX is a local Codex routing plugin. It applies deterministic controls and safety floors, may use one bounded classification assessment through the user's Codex environment for uncertain eligible work, and selects a route, model profile, reasoning effort, and sibling-agent budget. For claimed current-turn assignments it injects the selected model, reasoning effort, and role contract, and enforces the per-turn sibling limit without requiring user-installed custom agent definitions. TokenX is independent software published by Pagonya LLC. It is not endorsed by OpenAI and is not an OpenAI product.

TokenX refers to model-token allocation and does not provide a cryptocurrency, investment, trading, or financial service.

3. User responsibilities

  • Review TokenX hook commands before granting trust.
  • Maintain an eligible Codex account and comply with applicable OpenAI terms and workspace policies.
  • Review generated code, tool calls, delegated work, and model output before relying on them.
  • Keep credentials and sensitive information out of support requests and diagnostic output.
  • Use TokenX only for lawful purposes and avoid attempting to bypass service, security, or usage controls.

4. Software license

TokenX is source-available under the PolyForm Perimeter License 1.0.1 included with the distribution. Internal business use, including use by companies in paid work, is permitted. TokenX may be used without a TokenX license fee for educational use and for developing or maintaining open-source projects. This no-fee use does not permit providing a competing TokenX-derived product or plugin. Providing TokenX or a TokenX-derived competing product or plugin to others, whether paid or free, requires a separate written license from Pagonya LLC. Request permission at info@pagonya.co.

These terms govern the support site and product relationship; the included software license controls use, modification, and distribution of the TokenX source code.

5. Availability and disclaimers

TokenX does not guarantee cost or token savings, model availability, uninterrupted operation, marketplace approval, or correctness of routing or generated output. Actual usage depends on the task, configuration, Codex plan, available models, and service behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenX and the support site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Pagonya LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TokenX. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

6. Changes, suspension, and contact

Pagonya may update TokenX or these terms as the product changes. The effective date on this page will change before revised terms apply. Pagonya may suspend distribution or support when needed for security, legal, platform, or operational reasons.

Questions about these terms can be sent through TokenX support.
